Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a Senior Manager to be the independent center of excellence for Non-Financial Risk within the Risk Management Group. You will lead the second line of defence on Cybersecurity, AI, Information Security and Data Risk for the Americas, collaborating with technology and risk teams across the global organization.

You will review risk reporting, incidents, and metrics, and guide governance through senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in non-financial risk within regulated financial institutions or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of technology risk frameworks and regulatory environment.
• Analytical and commercially minded risk professional with independent view of risk.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CCSP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary second line of defence contact on Cybersecurity, Technology, AI, Information Security and Data Risk for the Americas.
• Represent the Non-Financial Risk team in Americas management forums and committees.
• Review reporting, risk assessments, significant incidents, KRIs, and assurance activities.
• Oversee analysis of non-financial risk data to identify themes and strengthen risk management outcomes.
• Lead key projects; establish formal engagement with stakeholders and regulators.
