Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Technology Risk Governance & Procedure Development Consultant to translate policy requirements into auditable, executable procedures across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Security, Legal and Audit teams.

You will document current and future-state processes, support regulatory readiness, and help ensure procedures are compliant and operationally effective in highly regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science is required.
• Experience in technology risk governance and policy-to-procedure development preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Security, Legal, and Audit teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technology risk and governance procedures aligned with enterprise policies and controls.
• Translate policy requirements into actionable process steps, approvals, control activities, evidence requirements, and escalation procedures.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, process reviews, and workshops to document current and future-state processes.
• Partner with Technology, Information Security, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Audit teams to ensure procedures are compliant and operationally effective.
• Support audit and regulatory readiness by ensuring documentation is complete, traceable, and defensible.
• Facilitate procedure reviews, approvals, and ongoing governance activities.
• Document risks, controls, governance processes, and operating procedures for highly regulated environments.
