Skill: Technology Risk Governance & Procedure Development Consultant
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- We are seeking an experienced Technology Risk Governance & Procedure Development Consultant to support the development, documentation, and maintenance of operational procedures aligned with enterprise Technology Risk Management (TRM) policies.
- The ideal candidate will convert policy requirements into practical, auditable, and executable procedures while collaborating across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Security, Legal, and Audit teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technology risk and governance procedures aligned with enterprise policies and controls.
- Translate policy requirements into actionable process steps, approvals, control activities, evidence requirements, and escalation procedures.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, process reviews, and workshops to document current and future-state processes.
- Partner with Technology, Information Security, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Audit teams to ensure procedures are compliant and operationally effective.
- Support audit and regulatory readiness by ensuring documentation is complete, traceable, and defensible.
- Facilitate procedure reviews, approvals, and ongoing governance activities.
- Document risks, controls, governance processes, and operating procedures for highly regulated environments.
Salary Range - $90,000-$100,000 a year
