Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• 9+ years in Risk Management, Internal Controls, or regulatory experience.
• 5+ years in a Business Unit.
• Experience executing risk projects across multiple lines and products.
• Advanced knowledge of Information Security processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive Risk Culture: Ensure awareness of risk frameworks, policies and standards.
• Communication: Maintain communications with SLoD and Business Lines.
• Adherence to Risk Frameworks, Policies, and Standards: Facilitate awareness and adherence; report and elevate exceptions.
• Continuous Monitoring: Monitor risk indicators and related trends; improve controls.
• Issue Identification, Management, and Risk Assessment: Support RCSA and remediation efforts.
• Exam Management: Liaison for regulatory, Internal Audit and Credit Risk Review.
• Manage risk activities across RCSA, Issues Management, Scenario Analysis, and related programs.
