CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Technology Risk professional to join its Risk Advisory practice in New York. You will lead IT controls assessments, SOC readiness reviews, and risk-based audits for Fortune 500 clients, guiding engagements from planning to delivering actionable findings.

The role emphasizes mentoring junior staff, collaborating with clients, and applying AI-enabled solutions in compliance with data protection policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CISA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of client-facing experience in a professional services setting.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ technology landscapes, processes, and risks, aligned to ERM frameworks.
• Lead and conduct program and control-level audits, SOC readiness reviews, and technical testing with actionable findings.
• Oversee engagement planning, budget development, progress monitoring, and quality control of deliverables.
• Provide excellent client service and manage client relationships across project teams.
• Identify key industry developments and trends and articulate implications for clients.
• Mentor team members with regular feedback and annual performance reviews.
• Contribute to AI-enabled solutions for clients in compliance with data protection and IP policies.
• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and collaborate with leadership on compliant opportunities.
