Job summary

MSA, The Safety Company, based in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead strategic tech initiatives from planning through delivery and value realization.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align business and IT stakeholders, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and ensure governance and effective communication across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years PM/IT/engineering for Level I or 7+ years for Level II.
• Proven ability to lead and organize projects delivering business value.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives.
• Align business and technology stakeholders across teams.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and delivery.
