Zusammenfassung

Harris is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities across multiple workstreams. You will track deliverables, timelines, budgets, and risks while ensuring documentation is up to date.

You will organize meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items. You will support reporting, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or PMO support role.
• Exposure to vendor or third-party management processes is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, CAPM, or similar certification (or working toward one) is a plus.

Pay Range

$71,078.81 - $106,618.22

The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
