Job summary

Hunt Electric, Inc. in Salt Lake City is seeking a Technology Project Assistant to support the Technology Project Management team in planning, initiating, and managing information for various projects.

You will gather, prepare, track project docs, assist with scheduling, manpower, and communications with internal and external stakeholders for each project, and help produce submittals, O&Ms, and close-out documents while ensuring quality standards.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gathering Project Information and needs, as well Documenting/Recording Information
• Assist with Scheduling Work and Activities
• Assist with the Submittal of project deliverables, submittals, O&Ms and close out documents, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates and people outside the organization regarding the project.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings related to low voltage technology projects.
• Prepare documentation by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Actively contributes to a positive team environment.
• Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours.
