Job summary

Hunt Electric LLC is seeking a Technology Project Assistant to support the Technology Project Management team in planning, initiating, and managing information for various projects.

You will gather, prepare, track, and ensure all project documentation is in order, and assist the Project Manager with scheduling, manpower needs, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Blue Beam and Accubid software.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document project information and needs.
• Assist with scheduling work and activities.
• Assist with submittals, O&Ms and close-out documents while upholding quality standards.
• Communicate with supervisors, peers, and external stakeholders about the project.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings related to low voltage technology projects.
• Prepare documentation by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Maintain dependable attendance and adhere to scheduled hours.
• Perform other duties or locations as assigned by Manager.
