The Service Oklahoma (SOK) is seeking a Business Technology Manager to coordinate technology initiatives and act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams. You will ensure projects align with operational needs, are implemented effectively, and are adopted across the agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, public administration, or related field.
• Plus two years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, technology implementation, or related field.
• OR six years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, technology implementation, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate agency technology initiatives from intake through implementation.
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables to stay on schedule.
• Collaborate with operations, communications, and digital teams for adoption.
• Communicate business requirements and priorities to technical teams.
• Supervise and mentor the Business Analyst and System Security Specialist.
• Maintain centralized tracking and provide status updates to leadership.
• Identify risks and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
