Job summary

Florida Department of Health, Office of Information Technology, seeks a Technology Program Manager to lead the Technology Program Office and coordinate technology initiatives across the department. You will report to the CIO and oversee portfolio governance, strategy, policy, procurement, vendor management, and budgeting.

Supervising staff and contractors, you will drive performance measures for OIT-led initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated progressively responsible experience leading enterprise technology portfolios, programs, projects, or a program management office
• Demonstrated supervisory experience leading employees and contractors
• Demonstrated experience coordinating technology strategy, governance, policy, procurement, purchasing, contracting, vendor management, and budget activities
• Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting executive-level technology, financial, procurement, and project decision materials
• Demonstrated experience coordinating work across business, technical, cybersecurity, data, architecture, operations, fiscal, procurement, legal, privacy, records, vendor, and external partner function

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technology Program Office and provide enterprise oversight of technology portfolio and project management
• Coordinate governance structures, standards, reporting, and performance measures for IT initiatives
• Manage strategy, policy, procurement, vendor management, and budget planning across the department
• Supervise assigned employees and contractors and ensure effective collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders
