Qualifications

• 16+ years of experience, with management exposure.
• US Citizenship and Active Secret Clearance.
• Experience with DoD DISA programs and federal lifecycle (FAR/DFARS).
• Ability to write clear, persuasive proposal content under tight deadlines.
• Strong customer-facing communication to government and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical, schedule, and cost performance of major programs.
• Develop proposals and coordinate with Pricing; manage budget forecasting.
• Lead a directorate, supervise staff, and provide technical direction.
• Identify opportunities, build relationships with government stakeholders.
• Coordinate with SMEs, pricing, and proposal teams to meet deadlines.
