Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work and education experience
Applicable equivalencies may be considered on the above qualifications.
Excellent written communications skills as evidenced by application materials
Experience working in a higher education environment
Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical individuals
Experience designing learning resources
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills in collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation
Experience prioritizing project tasks and managing resources
Significant experience assessing, revising, implementing and supporting learning resources
Experience with change management related to large enterprise system deployments
Proven work experience in training coordination, professional development, or a similar role, preferably within an IT environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge and understanding of a higher education organization, including goals and objectives, and policies and procedures
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, authoring software, content management tools, web-conferencing tools, video production and editing tools, learning management systems, IT Service Management tools
Knowledge of project management principles, business case development, and organizational change management
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Comfort with ambiguity and responsive to changing circumstances
Ability to manage competing priorities and a wide range of stakeholders
Ability to work independently and solve problems with limited supervision
Ability to provide direction and use interpersonal influences to gain goal alignments with results versus activity-oriented outcomes
Ability to have a positive attitude and a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
Ability to facilitate, lead, and assist with workshops and presentations
