Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to gather, document, and communicate business requirements as user stories, process documents, and presentations.
• Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog in an agile delivery environment.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority.
• Competence in data analysis to support problem-solving and inform business planning decisions.
• Experience collaborating directly with engineering or technology teams to define requirements and resolve implementation challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into clear, structured requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring priorities reflect business value and align with the strategic roadmap.
• Engage stakeholders across varying seniority levels to understand end-to-end business processes and drive consensus on solutions.
• Define and refine epics and user stories to guide development teams and ensure value delivery.
• Analyze complex business and data challenges and collaborate with engineering to remove delivery blockers.
• Identify and implement process improvements to simplify operations and enhance technology delivery efficiency.
