Qualifikationen
- 3+ years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or delivery-focused role
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across teams
- Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methods (Scrum and/or Kanban)
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar delivery tools
Aufgaben
- Backlog ownership and story definition with clear acceptance criteria
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and align priorities
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and document objectives
- Support delivery with engineering, QA, and Scrum Master to ensure timely execution
- Ensure traceability from intake to delivery for reporting and visibility
- Identify opportunities to improve backlog clarity and delivery processes
