Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software delivery, product engineering systems or related technology roles.
• Experience working with product, engineering, R&D, architecture, cybersecurity, support, and vendor teams in a matrixed environment.
• Hands on experience of SDLC, Agile delivery, DevSecOps, ALM, PLM, integrations, cloud platforms, data, security, and IT service management.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap, lifecycle, performance, cost, and support model for product-enabling services, platforms, and tools.
• Partner with Product, R&D, and IT teams to translate business priorities into service capabilities and delivery plans.
• Define service offerings, adoption plans, support expectations, escalation paths, and knowledge requirements so the service is consumable and understood by stakeholders.
• Support SDLC, Agile, DevSecOps, release planning, environment readiness, integration needs, and application lifecycle management for software-enabled products.
• Ensure services align with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance and IT service management standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, incident reduction, technical debt reduction, vendor performance, service simplification, cost optimization, and measurable value realization.
