Job summary

GRP SCAN Group seeks a Product Manager to spearhead development and lifecycle management of technology products, spanning software, hardware, and services. Reporting into IT, you will oversee multiple concurrent implementations and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities across business functions.

You will translate business needs into technical specifications, manage timelines and risks, and collaborate with IT teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5+ years in Product or Program Management within enterprise IT and health plan operations.
  • Experience translating business needs into technical solutions across multiple departments.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, EDI, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
  • Strong collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Job Summary

The Product Manager manages the development and lifecycle of technology products, including software, hardware, and services. Reporting into IT, this role oversees multiple concurrent implementations and ensures delivery across business functions while maintaining alignment with enterprise priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, plan, and coordinate the development of new products, enhancements of existing products, and technical solutions based on short‑term and long‑term needs.
  • Lead end‑to‑end project implementation for business needs.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent implementations, ensuring consistent delivery quality, governance, and alignment across workstreams.
  • Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs, prioritize features, and translate business needs into actionable IT requirements.
  • Work closely with Program/Project Managers to manage timelines, dependencies, and risks across parallel implementations.
  • Translate high‑level business requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans, balancing value, feasibility, and scalability.
  • Coordinate IT teams (developers, architects, QA, data, integrations) to deliver secure and reliable IT solutions.
  • Oversee integration and data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to governance standards.
  • Support testing, deployment, and release management, partnering with QA and change management teams to ensure smooth go‑lives.
  • Track and report on program‑level progress, KPIs, and adoption metrics, providing transparency to IT and business leadership.
  • Manage effective change management for IT‑led projects and changes.
  • Review test plans, communications, training plans, delivery schedules, and project plans.
  • Maintain positive relationships with business, IT, and vendors by proactively setting expectations, coordinating information exchange, and reporting project progress and risks.
  • Keep management informed of key issues, and measure and communicate business value realized with stakeholders on a periodic basis.
  • Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to customers.
  • Lead teams in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives resulting in operational efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Apply operational system knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to deliverables, processes, and systems to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Complete understanding of Health Plan Core operations, including Claims, Eligibility, Encounters, Provider Data operations, and GAD.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Program Management or in leading teams within enterprise IT specific to Health Plan core operations.
  • 5+ years of claims operations and/or systems experience with Medicare and Medicaid.
  • 5+ years of experience managing backlog or roadmap with multiple projects and activities in progress.
  • 5+ years of experience translating pain points or business objectives into technical solutions that span multiple departments in a mid or large enterprise IT environment.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, EDI transaction sets, and regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery practices, backlog management, and cross‑team coordination.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel technology implementations across diverse business functions.
  • Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of staff, including senior leadership, to achieve goals.
  • Experience with the healthcare industry preferred.
