Qualifications

Undergraduate studies in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills with planning knowledge.
Ability to influence, build relationships, negotiate, and set priorities.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer, business, and product information to identify needs and opportunities.
Document needs and map outcomes to capabilities for technology partners.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, Technology, and Architecture to evaluate options and tradeoffs.
Conduct data-driven discovery using usage and performance data to measure results and inform decisions.
Support strategic planning and early discovery by gathering high-level business requirements.
