Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, procurement coordination, or vendor management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and procurement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain license inventory tracking across platforms and prepare PO documentation.
• Support vendor onboarding and coordinate steps across Sourcing, Vendor Management Office, and Third Party Oversight.
• Assist with country-specific vendor onboarding and monitor approvals for global deployments.
