Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5 years of IT consulting experience.
• Experience in streamlining service supply chain operations using Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience designing current/future-state processes with BPM tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
• Experience implementing and managing supply chain solutions across multiple sectors.
• Ability to analyze operations to identify performance gaps and map to KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client systems, workflows, and data flows to design optimized future-state enhancements.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements to support technology solutions.
• Use SIPOC, RCA, time-motion studies, and RACI to assess and improve efficiency.
• Evaluate and recommend tech solutions aligned with business needs and existing systems.
• Support project execution with status tracking, issue resolution, and budget monitoring.
• Ensure alignment with strategy by integrating senior leadership guidance into planning.
