Job summary

Manhattan is seeking a seasoned Business Technology Partner to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and capability roadmaps. You will act as an internal consultant, partnering with business leaders to understand operations, define problems, and shape future-state processes with Lean, Six Sigma, and data-enabled approaches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading business transformation, consulting, capability planning, or tech-enabled change.
• Diagnose problems and translate strategy into actionable transformation priorities.
• Define outcomes and measures; evaluate value and tradeoffs of investments.
• Understand processes, improvement, and technology-enabled transformation.
• Lead cross-functional discovery, planning, and prioritization initiatives.
• Perform root-cause analysis and challenge assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted internal consultant to business leaders, understanding strategy and opportunities.
• Translate strategy into measurable outcomes, transformation opportunities, and capability needs.
• Shape demand by identifying problems, root causes, and desired outcomes.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, 5 Whys, and structured problem solving to reduce waste.
• Lead workshops to determine how process, data, and technology can improve performance.
• Develop and maintain business capability roadmaps aligning priorities to changes.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to align stakeholders on future-state processes and measures.
• Partner with Architects to translate capability needs into cohesive, scalable approaches.
• Connect priorities to capabilities across Business Applications, Tech Ops, Cyber Security, and more.
• Define outcomes early and track adoption and business value.
• Promote agile, iterative transformation and rapid meaningful improvements.
• Help leaders compare opportunities and manage investment tradeoffs.
