Responsibilities

• Analyze client systems, workflows, and data flows to assess current capabilities and design optimized future-state enhancements.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements, including data mapping and functional specs.
• Evaluate system performance and processes using SIPOC, root cause analysis, time-motion studies, and RACI matrices.
• Assess technology solutions aligned with business needs and existing systems.
• Support project execution with status tracking, issue resolution, and budget monitoring.
