Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with outstanding academic performance.
• 2-4+ years of professional consulting experience with software and technology-oriented clients.
• Experience leading work streams in a business transformation.
• Functional involvement in Finance, Accounting, HR, and Organizational Design.
• Expertise in Role & Job Analysis, Leadership, and Stakeholder Engagement.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketing, Pricing, and Margin Optimization.
• Technology sector experience in M&A and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare major client deliverables, including full ownership of the financial model and presentation.
• Lead detailed analyses to support project objectives and client needs.
• Design and implement tailored cost optimization initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Lead workstreams: synergy assessment, cost savings, org design, financial baseline, etc.
• Assist in due diligence and performance improvement, identify key risks and analyses.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with client objectives.
• Support business development with proposals and client presentations.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
