LMI Government Consulting seeks a Senior Technology Transition/Program Integration Lead to support a federal PMO, coordinating cross-agency efforts to move emerging technologies from INVENT into PMOD in coordination with SPAD. The role requires leadership, rigorous process development, and the delivery of decision-ready artifacts.

The position involves developing operational requirements, market research summaries, and transition roadmaps, with travel within the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant systems engineering experience.
• Experience with DHS or DoD Acquisition Lifecycle Framework (ALF).
• Knowledge of SELC framework and engineering plans and CONOPS.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a repeatable technology transition process from INVENT to PMOD.
• Coordinate between INVENT, PMOD, SPAD, and stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
• Centralize PMOD coordination to reduce burden and improve visibility across programs.
• Support market research, vendor demos, and technology evaluations for PMOD needs.
• Prepare decision-ready artifacts like CONOPS, requirements, risk assessments, and roadmaps.
