Zscaler is seeking a Director, People Business Partner - Technology in Santa Clara, CA, onsite Tue–Thu. You will be a strategic talent architect partnering with executive leadership to design scalable HR solutions for a global technology organization.

Lead with data-driven insights, drive organizational design and succession planning, and influence tech roadmaps with a high-trust, constant-improvement mindset in a fast-growing security SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as a People and Culture Partner or HR Leader in a global, high growth, transformative Security or SaaS organization supporting complex Technology organizations (Engineering, Product, IT, etc)
• Demonstrated Technical Weight: speak the language of tech leaders in R&D/AI contexts
• Proven ability to tell compelling stories with data to influence senior leaders
• Strong executive presence with empathy to lead People & Culture
• Track record leading large-scale organizational design & succession initiatives

Responsibilities

• Act as a critical thought partner to tech executives across AI, Product, Engineering, Innovation and CISO ensuring talent strategy aligns with product and engineering roadmaps
• Diagnose organizational health metrics and lead design initiatives to improve velocity and innovation
• Use AI-driven tools to provide leadership insights and forecast talent needs
• Drive executive-level succession planning, leadership coaching, and performance culture
• Translate needs across Centers of Excellence to support the Technology org
