Zscaler is seeking a Director, People Business Partner - Technology in Santa Clara, CA. You will partner with executive leadership to design and scale an organizational structure that fuels innovation within the global Technology group.

Qualifications

10+ years experience as a People and Culture Partner or HR Leader in a global, high-growth Security or SaaS organization.
Ability to understand AI/R&D cycles and speak tech leaders' language.
Proven ability to tell compelling stories with data to influence executives.
Strong executive presence with empathy and servant leadership.
Experience leading organizational design, succession planning, and global talent challenges.

Responsibilities

Partner with tech executives to align talent strategy with product and engineering roadmaps.
Diagnose organization health metrics and lead large-scale design initiatives.
Leverage AI-driven tools to provide talent insights and forecast needs.
Drive succession planning, leadership coaching, and performance culture.
Act as strategic translator across centers of excellence and cross-functional partners.
