Hawkstone Search is assisting a highly regarded litigation boutique in hiring a technology-focused patent litigator for NYC or Washington, DC. You will join a busy technology patent team handling high-stakes disputes for leading clients in semiconductors, AI, advanced computing, telecommunications and consumer electronics.

The role offers direct partner contact, ownership of key workstreams, and a path from 3rd-year associate to partner with a strong technical background in CS/EE/semiconductors

Qualifications

• 3rd-year associate through to partner level.
• Technical background in computer science, electrical engineering or semiconductors preferred.
• Experience in patent litigation at a well-regarded firm with a stable career history.
• Partners and teams with portable business welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Patent litigation in district court and ITC investigations.
• Appeals before the Federal Circuit and related matters.
• Direct partner contact and early ownership of key case workstreams.
