Benefits:
We're looking for a Technology Partner Manager to own our relationships with technology partners, including Shopify. Your job is to identify which technology partners are worth focusing on and which aren't, then drive mutual commercial value between Alia and the partners worth investing in. Revenue generated from technology-partner referrals will be a key KPI for this role. You will be the first of your kind in this role – agency partnerships has been the predominant focus of partnerships at Alia historically. That being said, there has been a lot of organic interest from technology partners in the ecosystem to work with Alia and for the first time ever you will represent Alia's technology partner program for those partners and be their POC and play a hand in sculpting it's structure.
We're a bootstrapped startup that grew to $13M+ ARR without taking VC money, and we were recently acquired, giving the team stability and resources while keeping the startup speed and culture intact. This is a largely greenfield channel: we know there's real revenue in our technology partnerships, but up until this point no one has owned activating it. You'll have genuine autonomy to decide which partners are worth Alia's time and to build the playbook for turning inbound interest into a proactive, revenue-generating channel.
