Looking for a resource that is able to develop sophisticated application monitoring that helps with detection and diagnosis of performance and availability issues of complex software applications.
Application Performance Analysts on this team gather key performance indicators (KPIs), determine control limits for normal operation, and create traffic light health dashboards based on the information available
Work with peer production support teams to accurately determine thresholds that will help fire off alerts that will notify teams of a problem proactively
Take ownership of the timelines and accuracy of application performance indicators.

Pay and benefits information
$85,000.00 - $154,300.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
