This role supports performance measurement and optimization of technology services for internal and external clients. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, technology, and analytics teams to ensure effective delivery of services that meet or exceed expectations. This is primarily a results-oriented individual contributor role working closely with the SVP to deliver data reporting and extraction solutions.

As a critical member of the Technology Operations Team, you'll help support technology delivery, focusing on measurable, predictable, and continuous improvement. You'll work with stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to evolve measures, analyze results, optimize performance, and improve operations processes.

Essential Job Functions

1. Maintain and design performance reports to monitor progress, identify improvements, and track initiatives.
2. Verify dashboards are accurate and current to enable timely decision-making.
3. Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks and processes aligned with business objectives.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure measures meet business needs.
5. Enhance and analyze performance measures for process and team improvements.
6. Ensure data reporting accuracy through documentation and validation of outputs.
7. Perform other activities as assigned by your manager.

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of industry/relevant experience, including 1+ years at a senior level.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
• Experience with business measurement frameworks like Balanced Scorecard or OKRs.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Excel, Azure DevOps, and programming languages like Python or R preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders, tech teams, and vendors.
