Job summary

Ascension is hiring in Wichita, KS for a hybrid, full-time technology leadership role within Market Technology. The position emphasizes aligning IT roadmaps with organizational goals and delivering complex technology solutions in healthcare settings.

The role requires coordinating across departments, ensuring regulatory alignment, and driving transformation through cross-functional collaboration. Schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, with a minimum of three onsite days per week.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Healthcare Technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technology advisor and consultative partner to ministry leadership, aligning innovative IT roadmaps with Ascension’s organizational goals.
• Spearheads end-to-end healthcare IT demand management—from idea request intake and solution conceptualization through governance, prioritization, and project initiation.
• Orchestrate the seamless delivery of technology solutions and portfolios, maintaining executive-level transparency while overseeing high standards of customer satisfaction and performance.
• Drive organizational transformation by leading teams through complex changes and facilitating rapid cross-functional resolutions during critical technical events or system crises.

Salary Range: $110,592.77 – $154,159.74 per year

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:
