Job summary

Inspire Brands seeks an experienced Lead Technology Operations Analyst to drive crossfunctional teams, design and optimize processes, and deliver reliable technology services. You will mentor peers, coordinate with vendors, and lead ITIL/SDLC activities to ensure real-time transparency for customers and stakeholders.

You will work across hardware, software, and integrations, crafting runbooks and automations to improve efficiency, quality, and business outcomes in a complex restaurant technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 7–10 years of progressive IT experience.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft OS and Microsoft Office.
• Proficient knowledge of iOS, Android, Linux.
• Expert knowledge of ITSM ITIL frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute tasks to deliver highquality operational outcomes using runbooks, automations, and established processes.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements and new tools in your focus area.
• Mentor junior team members and peers for growth.
• Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and guide technology optimization.
• Coordinate with engineering and help desk teams to resolve issues across hardware and software.
