Ability KC is seeking a Technology Operations Coordinator to manage technology assets, lifecycle and related administrative tasks. You will serve as the liaison between staff and outsourced IT/telecommunications providers, ensuring timely problem-solving and efficient operations across the organization.
The role emphasizes inventory control, vendor coordination, and staff training on technology equipment, with a strong focus on organization and service quality in a healthcare education setting.
The Technology Operations Coordinator serves as the primary internal coordinator for technology assets, equipment lifecycle management, technology-related administrative functions, and ensures problem-solving is timely and efficient to keep operations running smoothly and with the least amount of disruption. This position manages organizational inventories of computer, mobile devices, phones, software license, and related technology equipment while acting as the liaison between staff and the organization's outsourced IT and telecommunications service providers. The coordinator ensures technology resources are properly tracked, deployed, maintained, and retired while supporting technology planning and operational efficiency across the organization. The coordinator also serves as a resource for staff training for technology equipment and programs.
