Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

• Use analytical findings into decks, dashboards, and reports for Sr leadership.
• Conduct administrative and operational analysis to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Support project management activities.

• Evaluate workloads, business demands, and resource allocation to determine organizational priorities.
