• Understanding of ITIL best practices.
• Technology certifications (e.g., AWS, ITILv4) are encouraged but not required.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform 24/7 monitoring of Internet applications and distributed server platforms
• Provide level 1 & 2 incident and request support for middleware, Windows, and Linux infrastructures, as well as cloud enablement
• Support incident management, application releases, and disaster recovery activities while ensuring secure software practices

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or a related field preferred
• Two or more years of application/infrastructure support experience
• Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and operating systems (Windows, Linux)
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices
• Technology certifications (e.g., AWS, ITILv4) are encouraged but not required
