Job Description

As a Microsoft Manager, your role will be to lead technical delivery for client digital transformation projects. This involves advising clients and leading teams in integrating the latest Microsoft cloud and modern workplace capabilities to drive client value. You need a deep understanding of the Microsoft Suite, especially in advisory consulting, and experience managing relationships with Microsoft. Responsibilities include defining go-to-market strategies, advising teams on leveraging the platform, providing industry-specific expertise, and supporting sales efforts. This role is a strategic investment to grow Microsoft capabilities and advisory services.

Your day-to-day may include:

  • The applicant MUST have a strong record of success in Consulting and/or Professional services sales/business development.
  • Success selling Financial Systems, Application Managed Services, and/or technology-related services to enterprise clients with revenues from $250 million to Fortune 1000.
  • Well networked within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Lead Generation - sourcing, identifying, and qualifying leads.
  • Proven track record of solution-based selling to CXO/VP level.
  • Strong knowledge of multiple industries.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to use MS Office tools for proposals, reports, presentations, etc.

Technical skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or related field.
  • Experience selling Microsoft-related services.
  • Ability to connect with regional clients.
  • Relationships with Microsoft sales and management teams.
  • At least ten years of senior sales experience in B2B or services industry.
  • Experience in professional services or public accounting.
  • Ability to develop long-term client relationships.
  • Strong marketing strategy skills.
  • Experience identifying new business opportunities.
  • High integrity and honest communication.
  • Team player.
  • Willingness to travel; eligible to work in the U.S.; position not eligible for sponsorship.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical with strong business acumen.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Adaptable and proactive.
  • Experience in consulting or internal consulting roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
