Job summary

SLAC is seeking a Licensing Transactions Manager to independently draft, negotiate and administer complex technology license agreements. You will translate approved business terms into enforceable contract language and manage transactions from start to finish.

You will work closely with Licensing Managers, faculty and staff, coordinating with the Office of General Counsel and compliance partners to address risk and ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and administer complex technology license and related agreements.
• Translate approved business terms into clear, enforceable contract language and manage transactions through execution.
• Negotiate legal and commercial provisions and handle amendments and post-execution matters.
• Coordinate with General Counsel and compliance partners; escalate high-risk issues as needed.
• Contribute to templates, processes and training for colleagues.
