Job summary

SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, through the Office of Technology Licensing (OTL), is seeking a Licensing Transactions Officer to support Stanford faculty by drafting and negotiating material transfer, confidentiality, inter-institutional and tangible research property related agreements.

The role is a 100% FTE, benefits-eligible hybrid position with in-office presence twice a week; background checks are required. Salary ranges from $123,264 to $141,903 per annum.

Qualifications

• Draft and negotiate material transfer, confidentiality and inter-institutional agreements.
• Review agreements with sponsors and licensees in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure compliance and optimal terms.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate various agreements for knowledge transfer and licenses.
• Maintain a diverse caseload of agreements with collaborators and sponsors.
• Communicate regularly with faculty and staff to ensure alignment and timely processing.
