Job summary

Eco Outdoor is seeking a Head of Technology for the USA, based in the greater Los Angeles area with hybrid onsite work. You will run technology operations, manage partners and projects, and build a scalable function that supports rapid US growth.

Reporting to the GM Technology, you will lead a distributed team across US, Australia and Indonesia, own security and governance, and ensure delivery on time and within budget while aligning with sales, operations, and finance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in technology operations and at least 3 years leading teams.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite.
• Proven track record delivering technology projects with formal delivery discipline.
• Experience managing vendors and IT managed services contracts.
• Knowledge of physical IT infrastructure and security frameworks (NIST/CIS).
• Experience leading distributed teams across time zones.
• Degree in IT, engineering or business, or equivalent.
• Strong change management when delivering technology to the business.
• Bonus: multi-region retail/showroom or AI/automation exposure.
• Full permanent working rights required.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT services across US and AU via MSP partners with reliable support.
• Lead technology project register, scope, timelines, budgets and risks.
• Manage showroom and site buildouts with repeatable tech model.
• Oversee security, governance and documentation across core systems.
• Represent technology in operational decisions and partner with regional leaders.
• Lead a distributed team across time zones with clear priorities.
