Confido is seeking a candidate to lead enterprise customer rollouts from kickoff to launch in the New York area. You will manage multiple deployments, translate customer needs into configuration, and partner with product and engineering to drive success.
Around three years of software rollouts or client onboarding experience, strong planning and status reporting, and comfort digging into data are essential. Experience with consumer goods or retail is a plus.
This role is about getting new enterprise customers live on the platform, from the first kickoff call to launch, while juggling several projects at once. A strong candidate has about three years of running software rollouts or client onboarding, keeps plans and status calls tight, and is comfortable digging into data and setting up software without much hand-holding. Experience with consumer goods, retail or supply chain customers helps but is not required.
The platform uses AI to handle finance tasks like matching payments and sorting out deductions, so much of the setup work is about fitting that automation to each customer's data and workflows. Tools can speed up configuration, documentation and training material. What stays human is earning trust with finance teams, untangling messy processes, setting honest timelines, and spotting where a rollout is quietly going off track.
Someone in this role would see AI automation applied to real finance and trade promotion work across many consumer brands, working alongside solution architects and forward deployed engineers. That gives a close look at what makes an AI deployment succeed or stall in practice, such as data quality and user adoption. To build this ahead of time, practice mapping a finance process, such as deductions handling, and noting where automation could help.
This is our own read, written from the employer's posting and the company's Spotlight. The employer's posting is the source of truth for the role.
An AI platform that automates the finance, trade promotion and back-office work of consumer packaged goods brands, so their finance teams spend less time chasing deductions and spreadsheets.
