Berkley One is seeking a Technology Lead, Digital Experience & Enterprise Services to drive the technology vision for Digital Engagement, CRM, Customer Experience, and Enterprise Services. Lead the development of modern, scalable solutions and partner with business leaders to translate strategy into outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering and 3+ years in a leadership role, with strong Java/Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, and cloud/AWS/AZ+Kubernetes expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a Technology Lead, Lead Engineer, Solution Architect, or similar leadership role.
• Proven success designing and delivering enterprise-scale software solutions.
• Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale software development and architecture.
• Strong background with Java, Spring Boot, APIs, Microservices, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure or AWS, Kubernetes, DevOps, and CI/CD.

• Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $165,000
• Eligible to participate in annual discretionary bonus.
• Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Wellness, Paid Time Off, 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plans. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
