Qualifications

• Familiarity with Governance and Information Security frameworks (PCI, NIST, SOX, Audit).
• Minimum 4-5 years of project leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall operations and staff of Technology department.
• Develop and manage budgets for technology operations.
• Ensure effective customer service through Red-Carpet Customer Service.
• Establish policies/procedures for integrity of deployed technology.
