Job summary

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, seeks an Operations Lead in the Phoenix area to drive end-to-end execution across LRUs and program segments. You will coordinate demand, recovery plans, and cross-functional actions to ensure timely delivery and alignment with capacity and program reviews.

Responsibilities include risk monitoring, issue resolution, and collaboration with site, supply chain, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
  • Aerospace Industry experience.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and ACE/CORE process techniques.
  • Experience in Operations, Quality, Engineering, Product Support, Supply Chain, Contracts and Logistics management.

Responsibilities

  • Primary focus on execution management, action tracking, and issue resolution for assigned LRUs / LoBs or defined program segments.
  • Translate demand, recovery plans, and priorities into integrated execution plans.
  • Manage cross-functional action tracking, ensuring clear ownership, timing, and closure.
  • Drive issue resolution by coordinating across site, supply chain, and functional teams.
  • Maintain visibility to execution risks, gaps, and recovery progress at the LRU level.
  • Support NPI, build readiness, and recovery execution as needed.
  • Provide execution inputs into capacity, LE/EAC, and program reviews.
  • Interface directly with site and working teams to ensure alignment and follow-through.

The Operations Lead is accountable for end-to-end coordination of operational execution, including new product introduction, recovery planning, risk mitigation, and manufacturing readiness. It serves as the central integrator across functions, driving visibility, root cause resolution, and disciplined decision-making through tiered governance. This role provides execution-based inputs to financial forecasts and capacity plans to enable informed business tradeoffs and commitment alignment

What You Will Do:

Qualifications You Must Have:

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
