Job summary

Prior Lake-Savage Area Schools is seeking a Frontline Applicant Tracking role to provide technical support for instructional and administrative technology across district buildings. This full-time position runs 8 hours per day, 260 days per year, with a pay range of $21.76–$24.19 per hour.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, perform routine installs, assist staff with instructional software, enforce tech policies, and report to the Lead Field Technician and Director of Technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support for instructional hardware and software operation.
• Troubleshoots instructional hardware and/or software and performs or arranges for repairs.
• Performs routine installation and configuration of technology hardware and software.
• Assists staff in managing instructional software systems.
• Assists in enforcing procedures and policies regarding the use of technology.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Technology.

REPORTS TO: Lead Field Technician

JOB GOALS: To provide technical support for the instructional and administrative needs of buildings and the District.
