Technology Field Application Engineer FPGA

Location: Preferably working from one of our offices in Poland. Home office is also an option.

About the job:

We are looking for a Field Application Engineer to join our team responsible for the Eastern European market, working with clients and vendors.

Daily, you will guide and support our customers' R&D efforts and assist them in realizing innovative ideas within the portfolio of Lattice Semiconductors.

Responsibilities / Tasks:

• Help development engineers select the right technologies and components for their designs.
• Be involved in various development projects of our customers.
• As a technical expert, prepare and conduct trainings, events, and technical meetings with clients and suppliers.
• Guide technical direction and priorities based on supplier strategies and market conditions.

Requirements / Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in FPGA design and programming - must have
• Strong electronics background and passion for innovative technology.
• Diploma in engineering or equivalent in electronics.
• Fluent in English.
• Driving license and willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Outgoing personality.
