The Technology Enablement Specialist is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for strengthening IEA’s technology infrastructure, AI capabilities, and internal systems. This position supports both operational stability and innovation by building, integrating, and improving the tools that power daily work across the organization.
This role works closely with the Senior Director to align priorities, initiatives, and execution. The Technology Enablement Specialist is responsible for research, design, development, support, and implementation of approved systems, tools, automations, and AI solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
Travel is primarily Minnesota during the business day.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

The salary for this position is $70,000
