Job summary

Vaco seeks a Technology Consultant to serve as a liaison between our technology platform and financial professionals who use it. You will demonstrate platform capabilities, deliver training, run webinars, and support nationwide adoption in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

The role suits a polished presenter who translates complex tech into business value, educates users, and helps clients maximize technology value. Expect travel to onsite trainings and industry events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing technology or enablement role.
• Experience delivering software demonstrations or training sessions.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Experience translating technical concepts into business value.
• Preference for financial services or fintech experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging software demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
• Lead webinars, training sessions, technology workshops, and virtual presentations for a variety of audiences.
• Translate complex product capabilities into business-focused benefits and practical use cases.
• Partner with internal technology teams and external stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop educational content, user guides, training materials, presentations, and best-practice documentation.
• Support technology adoption initiatives through ongoing client engagement and enablement programs.
• Facilitate implementation discussions, strategic planning sessions, and product education initiatives.
• Gather user feedback and communicate enhancement opportunities to internal teams.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Travel periodically to support onsite training, relationship-building, and industry events.
