Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Technology Director, Finance (O2C) to own global Order-to-Cash applications and SAP S/4HANA SD. You will partner with Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain leaders to deliver scalable, compliant, and insight-driven solutions that improve revenue, margins, and reporting accuracy.

You will lead cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring SOX controls, strong governance, and delivery of measurable business impact across multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Finance or related field required.
• 10+ years in enterprise IT with SAP S/4HANA O2C leadership.
• SOX/compliance experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, architecture, and design of O2C applications (SAP S/4 SD).
• Oversee credit, pricing, billing, and invoicing integrations.
• Ensure Finance ERP integrates with commercial/operational systems.
• Manage commercial reporting: sales, revenue, margin, inventory.
• Translate requirements into roadmaps and solution designs.
• Govern system changes with strong controls and audit readiness.
• Coach tech teams and drive automation and data insights.
