Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Manager, Consolidations Finance Tech to lead global financial consolidation processes and advance platforms, controls, and data capabilities. This role partners across Finance, IT, and business teams to deliver standardized close and reporting solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in finance/finance technology, deep consolidation knowledge, and hands-on ERP experience, including SAP S/4HANA or Group Reporting environments. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, or finance technology, with significant experience in global consolidation and close processes.
• Deep working knowledge of consolidation processes, including intercompany accounting, currency translation, eliminations, financial hierarchies, master data, and consolidated reporting requirements.
• Experience leading finance transformation, system implementation, upgrade, or separation-readiness work across global, matrixed organizations.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP, consolidation, close, and reporting platforms, including requirements definition, solution design, testing, deployment, controls, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual global financial consolidation activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant results.
• Oversee the consolidation, close, and reporting technology environment, including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and data quality.
• Partner with the Director and Finance, IT, and Digital teams to execute the finance systems roadmap for close, consolidation, and external reporting.
• Translate business and reporting requirements into scalable process and system solutions; coordinate design, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-implementation support.
• Maintain governance and internal controls across consolidation processes, including SOX, security, audit readiness, and issue remediation.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members and cross-functional workstreams; drive standardization and automation.
