Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technology Director, Finance (O2C), to lead SAP S/4HANA O2C initiatives across global sites. The role partners with Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain to deliver scalable, compliant, and insight-driven ERP solutions that support revenue growth and margin transparency.

The position requires 10+ years in enterprise IT with SAP S/4 O2C leadership, strong financial reporting experience, and proven cross-functional influence in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (required).
• Master’s or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, architecture, solution design, and implementation of O2C applications (SAP S/4 SD and satellites).
• Design, integrate, and optimize credit check, pricing, billing, and invoicing solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration between Finance ERP and commercial/operational systems.
• Oversee commercial reporting: daily sales, revenue and margin, open orders, inventory.
• Translate business requirements into technology roadmaps and designs.
• Provide governance for system changes with SOX controls and audit readiness.
• Lead and develop technology teams and partners to deliver outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and data-driven insights.
